Which is the email address i send to Anet to report a bot user?
I need to send to an email address since the support.guildwars.com wont allow any attachment over 5mb. And the images i have are 19mb in total.

reduce file sizes and .zip them

are the pics in .bmp format? If you use a graphics program (including Windows Paint.. heh) to save them as .jpg then you'll find that you easily get them under 5 MB.

Windows paint will take a 2.25 MB .bmp and turn it into a 50-150 KB sized .jpg

This will then let you submit the pics via the web-support site as you will be way under the 5 MB limit. (ie I assume you have 9 pics, 9 * 150 = 1,350... thats 1.32 MB!)

It should also be mentioned that not many people appreciate receiving emails of that size!

(Had a friend once who decided to send something that was 50 MB to all his friends! And that was when most of us still had slow ISDN connections!)

You should make an attempt to reduce the size as the above posts suggest.
